      With it being a global company, the opportunities are expansive. You'll be challenged in great ways that will only benefit your career.

      Cons

      Constant changes in leadership make it hard for processes to stick. Having to constantly change your process causes tasks to take longer to complete, thus disrupting work/life balance at times.
