      Great products that work, really work! Good talent, don't last due to dismal leadership

      Cons

      Remove the C-Suite in North America, it's killing what could be a real challenger to incumbents. Foolish and childish ego wars guarantee a 95% and rising attrition rate.

      Opportunity to work with many different companies, and work with many technologies

      Cons

      Most jobs are "one man shows" so there is very little sense of community. Also, management has kicked up the focus on financials in 2014, so that aspect takes up more time and energy of the employees now. Very little career opportunity after 5-10 years of experience.
