      Pros

      Bunch of very smart engineers are working there! On very interesting and challenging problems. Everyone is dedicated to making an awesome product and is enabled to do so.

      Cons

      Since the acquisition, I guess Software AG is still trying to figure out how to deal with both the products and the people there... This can have some very depressing effects at times. But looks like even OSS is back on track!

      Nothing as such which i can add

      Cons

      Managers are not good. Don't know how to lead and talk. Interview process was also not great. Fix set of questions will be asked, if you mug them up, you will clear it easily. There is no innovation.
