      Horrible Benefits, Cheap company, Ruthless Management

      Pros

      They have a good product set to sell. The company leaves you alone for the most part. C-Level is in Germany

      Cons

      You won't get vested in your 401K for 4 years. They skimp on Vacation, don't pay out at the end of the year, use it or lose it...but they don't let you take vacation. Medical and Dental insurance is 2x what I pay/ have paid at my past/current job, Management can't make any decisions, they all have to come from Germany. Deal sizes are small, 'cause the company is small, but they give you quotas like it's IBM. You won't make money here, and you'll work harder than you will at other places.
