      Resources to learn are plenty.

      Cons

      Work Assignments and Allotment of tasks are not proper. No chance is given to the new comers trusted experienced wmdevelopers are first ..every one next.

      Good fringe benefits. Good work/life balance. Competitive salary. Work from home.

      Cons

      The San Jose site is filled with senile people who are ready for their retirement life and is very bad for young people who are looking for more dynamic and promising workplace. Very lethargic work atmosphere and poor career prospect. The managers are not technically qualified to coach the engineers and some managers are only good at politics but not actual management skills.
