      Workload was very low in comparison with other companies

      The business in Czech Republic was meant to be sold but hired employees were not informed about it.

      Pros

      Great at giving time for skills development. Can establish relationships with clients which gives a sense of job security as that relationship matures. Benefits are better than average.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunity. Supervisors gave clear benchmarks to achieve for promotion and when I achieved those numbers they refused the promotion. They would rather let an employee leave and risk a contract than give a few extra bucks a month for a promotion and new job title - makes no sense, and shows insanity of upper management. Considering the amount of travel required, salary is rather low.
