      A company with superb portfolio struggling to find its way in the market

      Pros

      Fantastic portfolio. Solid and mature customer base. Excellent compensation and benefits. The bonus could be potentially substantial.

      Cons

      Low capacity to deliver. Lack of investments in pre-sales and consulting personnel. Low brand awareness. Very low marketing budget. Very difficult to differentiate from the competition. Unrealistic quotas. Very ineffective HR: people are not valued and the organizational climate is not good.

      Pros

      There are some really good employees who may be left when the idiots fall from reign.

      Cons

      Executive management are liars. Do not pay commissions. Sexual harassment runs through VP offices. President is out of his league. Management is a revolving door. Attrition is well over 100%. Every day is a new "strategy". Zero customer commitment post sale. Could go on...
