      Good work environment. Less pressure.

      Cons

      in-capable Managers calling the shots and leading the company towards doom. Flexibility going down. Work from home discouraged. Salaries not keeping up with market. Show-casing more important than doing actual work.

      Pros

      Company and the team is just as good as you- Initiatives in the team, and in extracurriculars are rewarded with actual opportunities to make your ideas into reality. Lot more freedom to decide on your plate of work.

      Cons

      The people can try to make it more fun with offsites and other team building activities. The regular team outings are now a little old school.
