      Pros

      Benefits, technology, there is a twenty word limit so I have to write this.

      Cons

      Any Board who hires Jay Johnson as a CEO (fired from his last three jobs) is suspect. Leadership is unable to grasp the basic concepts of a go to market strategy and put customers first. Worst compensation package seen.

      The company went private and now selling off business units. Sad to be a part of the decline.
