      Pros

      The company is a great place to work. Lots of chance to expand within your career, lots of cool technology. While the company has been around for 40 years they have shown a willingness to embrace new technology. Most recently in SOA, BPM, and ESB with their purchase of webMethods. Last March they announced AlignSpace which is an innovative BPM collaboration tool in the cloud.

      Cons

      The company, while headquartered in German, has offices around the globe. This can be challenging, but they do a great job of trying to keep communication paths open.

      Pros

      Good benefit package for employees and stable company to do your software developing work. Managers are easy to communicate and company has a long success story.

      Cons

      The headquarter is in Gemany, so the high level structure and management style is different from US companies. Sometimes they just decide important thing by themselves without asking for employees' opnion.
