      Pros

      I came as a part of webMethods acquisition. webMethods was a great company with very talented people. webMethods had a great product, happy customers and very motivated employees.

      Cons

      Left after acquisition by Software AG. Though Software AG is a good company, it's not as cool and employee friendly as webMethods.

      Pros

      There is plenty of opportunity for growth if you're willing to work in one of the "hub" locations in CA and VA. Benefits (health, vacation, etc.) stack up well against others and telecommuting is an option.

      Cons

      Mergers and acquisitions have led to a somewhat fragmented organization - some divisions have integrated well, while others are more like "islands".

      Pros

      The company is not so big but also not so small. World wide, it is a good place to work, with motivated people, experts in their areas.

      Cons

      People movement between locations, mostly in RnD is very hard. Used technologies are not latest, which is fine for such company but for someone could be a disadvantage.
