OK, but little too rigid

Pros

Be able to get some international exposure. Be able to work with diverse technologies in different spaces. Generally good working environments

Cons

the internal process (a.k.a red tapes) is a little too much. Frequent acquisitions add to product offering, but in the meantime, seems to blur the focus.

Solid place to work, but very "Germany-centric" culture

Pros

At least in the webMethods units the technology is interesting and the people are smart. They pay well and company performance is reliable (resulting in good bonuses).

Cons

SAG has not made the transition to a multi-national company despite doing business and having offices in many countries. The senior leadership still looks upon all non-German locations with some level of disdain. The viewing of eastern Europe and India as purely cheap labor is short sighted.
