Great people and products, very good product support and sales support. Large array of products that are begining work well together

Cons

Need comprehensive product strategy. Upper management and board are mostly european old school and are slow to move

Pros

Good product stack as all says. Have few geeks and some real smart people. Number of employees are small so you get to know people really fast. Note : I am aware only for consulting division and not the R&D team.

Cons

Neither people based nor process based. Just another service based company with no much scope for new people to enter consulting. Worst part is that the attrition rate is growing in recent quater and no visible action for identifying the problem.

Pros

SAG has Good products, smart people, is customer focused, and limited bureaurocracy. Compensation plan is average to above average...not stellar.

Cons

Needs more proactive marketing in the US. There doesn't seem to be a focus on building the brand in the US. However, supposedly that is changing w/ the SAG presence in silicon valley.
