      1. Few good people who are sound technically and also logical. 2. Small number of people, so you wont be lost. 3. Very good product suite. May be if you are totally from webmethods background you might feel working here is an advantage.

      Cons

      1. No importance for communication platform, open desk policy is just an eye wash. 2. There is no process followed during the development/delivery. Overall same as a corrupted government, everything is there on paper but on the road only few enjoy the luxury.
