      No people, just resources

      Pros

      Relatively stable jobs (excluding USA offices) You can negotiate good pay in the beginning Nice colleagues (still depends on the actual location) Opportunities to meet customers (if you are interested in such experience)

      Cons

      Micromanagement all the way especially if you work with German management Cost oriented company not in the good sense You are just a resource and your own opinion or wish doesn't matter Again management is very often the weakest point If you are in the consulting forget about work/life balance. You may be months abroad.
