      Pros

      I think SAG is a solid and stable company who has turned around from there lows and keep picking themselves higher and higher to continue to be a leader in the industry. All of the employees are wonderful and a pleasure to work with and each contribute something very special. I am very happy to be part of such a solid team and I keep learning more things I love about Software AG.

      So far in my short time here I have nothing I dislike.

      Good compensation and benefits, excellent services for employees (parking, cafeteria, free snacks, family service), outstanding flexible work. Mature HR policies

      Cons

      Facilities image old fashioned it looks like you work in a Russian ministry. Cost cutting on going measures.
