      The company does have superb products. The German engineering is clear.

      Very mediocre management. Strategy execution is poor. Top managment needs to be replaced

      Bad Leadership - Lack of vision

      Pros

      Pay is reasonable and the products are pretty good. Some very capable people below the senior managers.

      Cons

      Terribly organised, too much infighting, lack of leadership both in the UK and EMEA, go to market strategy is confusing, the 'Digital Enterprise" play is already out dated. Recruiters talk about their revolving door and I have seen lots of good people leave over the past year.

      A software company run by people who don't know anything about software

      Easy work, high pay, low pressure, lots of flexibility, great benefits. great place to work if you just want to get a paycheck and don't really care about the work/industry

      Cons

      Absolute cluelessness about technology Ivory tower architects who can't code Terrible tech direction (OSGi push is an unmitigated disaster) Company strategy is entirely derived from Gartner Analysts Executive staff are a bunch of bean counters with no tech knowledge really hard to get anything done. bureaucracy everywhere. IT is a roadblock every step of the way
