Good place to Settle down

Good work culture, flexible timings for work. Good management and processes for complete Administration. Good place to be after exposure to other companies. Good salary revisions every year.

Cons

Not a good place for freshers Middle management is of not much use. Decisions are made well-ahead, no discussions regarding increment.

Cons

Being in a transition fase it self a clear Go2Market Strategey is sometimes laking. This can make working at SAG a Challenge
