Great products, some top talent, all let down by dismal leadership

Great products that work, really work! Good talent, don't last due to dismal leadership

Cons

Remove the C-Suite in North America, it's killing what could be a real challenger to incumbents. Foolish and childish ego wars guarantee a 95% and rising attrition rate.

I loved my team, but there was no sales momentum, since they did not invest in marketing.

Cons

They do not want to make any investments on people, tools, processes, or marketing. Did not treat employees well. No sales and so did not make bonus.
