      Pros

      They give you a good work life balance and have a good work culture. We get to develop new features and it doesn't have the culture when the core work is only done by US teams. Everyone gets equal opportunities.

      Cons

      Employee benefits are less and there is no knowledge transfer on legacy code. Sometime it becomes tedious to work on bugs

      None I can think of, except work life balance.

      Cons

      1. Managers lack soft skills and are disrespectful towards their employees. 2. Sub-standard work. 3. Team does not support or help laterals.They alienate us. 4. They recruit us for some technology, but force us to work on different technology.
