1. Flexible hours. 2. Decent work life balance (depends on which team and who is your manager) 3. Good work from home options

Cons

1. Management is bit lethargic in foreseeing the industry needs. 2. Old timers believe making their superior happy and accept whatever they say will help them to outperform and that's what is happening. 3. Some managers are so heavy headed and micro managing the team that they literally sit with team member and ask them to write what they want to write. (They can hire data entry personal rather software engineer)
