      Pros

      I am working as part of the R&D group Since its a small company with great products, everyone will get a chance to learn and implement very complex enterprise solutions. Most people complaint about customer issues, but I would say its a opportunity to understand the real customer usage of the product. Complete product stack is built based on the open standards and open source technology.

      Cons

      Very hard to get the product specific help from google.

      Pros

      I am part of the R&D team and I can say that I work mostly on handling customer issues. At best it is 50-50 issues vs new features. Even if there is capacity to do more features, managers strictly advise not to and that's less pressure and good for us.

      Cons

      It is a 10 year old company in India but no brand recognition. Even worse is when you learn this is the first ever software company in Germany and is close to 50 years old!

      Demand Generation is slow. A lot of products. Old school management team and mentality just beginning to recognise younger talent coming through.
