      Pros

      If you're self-motivated and trustworthy, you will enjoy more autonomy and better work-life balance. Great benefits including 401k match and generous bonuses. Company is well-respected in the market. Company is making deliberate efforts to improve employee engagement. Communication is too often top-down.

      Cons

      Meager pay increases (over time, with cost of living increases, we wind up with less take-home pay). There are very few opportunities for advancement. Tuition reimbursement is not universally available.

      Great office and worked alongside many positive and smart people. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Management structure is very old school and rigorous. It can be hard to affect change.
