Pros

I am part of the R&D team and I can say that I work mostly on handling customer issues. At best it is 50-50 issues vs new features. Even if there is capacity to do more features, managers strictly advise not to and that's less pressure and good for us.

Cons

It is a 10 year old company in India but no brand recognition. Even worse is when you learn this is the first ever software company in Germany and is close to 50 years old!

Work life balance. Core technology is good. Some good people in the field with some great engineers Benefits are great

Cons

Senior leadership is very bad. Way too much short term decision making and no long term market strategy people in US don't feel appreciated Lack of vision and direction
