      Pros

      - Great work life balance - Opportunity to work remote in times of need - Clan like (family like) culture - Just compensation for services provided - Advancement and growth is widely encouraged - Free snacks and company events to keep the motivation high -Employee voice is heard and considered in making company wide decisions

      Cons

      - Work could be tedious sometimes - If you are working with a team, sometimes they might hesitate to pass the work along due to person's (I WANT TO DO IT ON MY OWN) nature but its not that bad

      It is one of the best company I had ever worked for. You will feel the growth professionally as well as personally. The office has great people who willingly help each other.
