      EVERYTHING. Friendly and encouraging. Flexi Timing. WFH on genuine reasons.

      Cons

      Only problem that casual leaves cannot be applied on Monday and Friday. So end up in fake sick leaves. That disturbs the inner peace of loyal employees like me. pls take care.

      Pros

      As a company, it is good. Good products, decent benefits and the top level management knows very well to achieve top line and bottom line numbers.

      Cons

      User experience is a new focus area but it is really with a very inexperienced megalomaniac. The person managing this team has no clue how to drive this, and has no idea what is user experience. Graphics design is what you end up doing. You end up working for someone with a perfect combination - no humility and no UX skills!
