      Software-ag is absolutely great company to grow you with best work environment. Excellent employee friendly. Chances to work on emerging products which improves your profile value. Best culture & values. Salary hike is also good once you work hard Your Hard-work & skills will get recognised & get appreciated Higher management & company's vision is so transparent. Each employee will be valued in one or the other way. Lots of extra work activities, trainings & courses going on which increase the growth of our carrier. Great in women-friendly culture.

      Nothing as of now. It is better to try new technology by replacing some old technology
