      Pros

      Time for Family and taking care of Health Issues is supported. My management team in Germany is very responsive when needed and always has my back. In return good work and judgment is rightfully expected.

      Cons

      Salary is on the low end of market for my position. However merit raises and raises in general were non-existent for several years, even with a good review for SOME teams.
