      Bad Contractor

      Pros

      You are old and/or lazy, cant keep up with modern Web and are willing to via contractor for non-technological clients.

      Cons

      Benefits pay from 80% of total salary. Clients mostly in financial field, non-technological, using Microsoft MVC or even Web Forms, in 2020. Lowest rate of holiday & birthday gifts in the market. Impossible to use monthly working hours report interface, currently supported ONLY by Firefox. HR officers of various ranks create problems in employee's and client's communication by misinforming both sides and taking lots of time to respond/regulate issues. Low quality officers. Many unnecessary obligatory Zoom meetings, which you are imperatively requested to attend and where you can actually see most of the old farts, employed by them.
