Software AG, SPL is worth it

Pros

SPL is an organized, solid company. I'm very happy to be working for them and there are many people in the company who have worked there for 10-25 years. They get back to you when you call with a question. They have a company party once a year and sometimes have a family oriented company party during the summer. I find them to care more about their employees then the other contractors where I am stationed

Cons

Not many. I'm contracted to work in Jerusalem, but the main office is in Or Yehuda. Sometimes they have events or services that are only available if you work in the main office. Inconvenient and annoying, but not a deal breaker for me.
