      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, technology, leadership, and career advancement opportunities. I joined at the right time - top rated products and lots of needed and exciting change taking place. Incredible SEs, strong and fun Inside Sales team, and the most impressive Leader heading up North America that I've been around in a long time

      Cons

      Lots of change in a rapidly moving market with a giant portfolio...can be hard to keep up at times if you're not careful.

      Pros

      This is the hardest working software company in the industry. Everyone works to ensure the company succeeds. Great team environment. Tons of really smart, dedicated people and mgt gives you the chance to contribute significantly and get credit for what you do. Great partner relationships.

      Cons

      Accrual of vacation/sick time w/timecard tracking is very 1990s. Need to modernize that. Go to a PTO model or unlimited vacation days policy to be competitive in the industry and for work-life balance. Consider increasing the # of US floating holidays to match HQ's # of holidays to be more equitable in each region.

      + Emphasis on trust, innovation and self-management + Lots of control over your responsibilities + Multi-national team + Fantastic business outlook and financial forecasts + Experienced leadership team + Great comp/basic plan + Great products with lots of customer demand

      Cons

      - Fragmented business process - Not enough automation on the contract admin side - Too much disconnect between various regions (EMEA, LATAM, etc)
