Friendly environment, motivated young and skilled colleagues. Local managers are building good atmosphere and positive attitude. A person can learn a lot (if willing to), working on a long term projects.

Cons

The company must be more flexible, need better alignment on strategic projects, as there are too many encapsulated teams living in their “own world”.
