      -Good supportive management -Good company perks -Employee engagements

      Cons

      -Long term projects makes employee life difficult, no position to switch into different -Too client oriented, and not much employee oriented -Less salary than the market -No cab facility -Work life balance difficult, depending on the project -Most projects remaining are support projects
