      Pros

      The company is very diverse and it is a refreshing change from the companies I have worked with in the past. I really enjoy meeting with customers and prospects and helping them understand how the solution can solve the challenges they are facing. I have a fair amount of autonomy which I really enjoy. Software AG empowers their employees to what is best for the customer and the relationship. That is evident in how the employees work with their managers.

      Cons

      There are fewer females in my role but that seems to be a similar issue with may technology companies.

      Pros

      Enterprise software we develop learns you to have an eye on quality and to meet deadlines. Something really important in business, but ignored by today's SDs.
