      Pros

      Investors in people, friendly and help you to become your best. Very organised with a dedicated recruitment division who are well versed in what to look for in potential candidates. Also a well structured and smooth on boarding process for new staff.

      Cons

      If you are on a diet, Monday pastries days will not help, but at least there is a fruit bowl.

      Consulting division has most of the work on proprietary products and techs, so not much learning on open source frameworks. Bad work life balance. No free food
