      Great benefits but poor C-suite management

      Pros

      Flexible working arrangements. Work From Home one-time allowance. Competitive salary with annual increments. Miss the local HR operations in KL as it's the best part of working in Software AG KL.

      Cons

      C-suite management changes too often after CEO Sanjay came aboard. After taken private by Silverlake, parts of the company being sold to the highest bidder. Annual CIP Bonus schemes are not attractive
