      Very well engineered and integrated solution stack Exceptional pre sales resources Small agile company with some of the best software solutions available Everyone willing to help and support sales team Very flat structure with easy access to execs

      Great place to learn and grow

      Pros

      I worked at Software AG for almost two years and it's an amazing place to learn and really excel. I had great leadership, pay/benefits and you really work with very intelligent people you can learn from

      Cons

      No specific cons that are outside of what's to be expected in sales. Not knowing the change in quota for the next year, etc. However, that is ALL companies so it's to be expected.
