      Pros

      Solid Product Set that works when properly implemented and supported.

      Cons

      Little to no name recognition. Extremely poor culture and bloated with heavy German-mandated processes that inhibits a rep’s ability to sell.

      Stable place to work for, some disadvantages but improving

      Pros

      Software AG is a good and stable place to work for, very bold and solid company.

      Cons

      Some disadvantages in terms of low budget, not enough investments in products and employees + hardware. Average salaries, poor career development opportunities and frustrating or not existing process of career / salary progression. However, due to many changes in upper management things are chaning and improving slowly.

      Nothing much except loyal customer base or folks that cant migrate off

      Full of old tech and lack vision.
