      Pros

      The company is transforming, new CEO joined a little over 2 years ago and introduced the HELIX multi year transformation strategy. Great results are coming from that. There are many people who have been at the company for very long. So I would say as the last company you ever want to work for, its great, as well as for those who want to grow their careers

      A bit old fashioned and cons may be region specific

      Stable place to work for, some disadvantages but improving

      Pros

      Software AG is a good and stable place to work for, very bold and solid company.

      Cons

      Some disadvantages in terms of low budget, not enough investments in products and employees + hardware. Average salaries, poor career development opportunities and frustrating or not existing process of career / salary progression. However, due to many changes in upper management things are chaning and improving slowly.

      Good company with old management

      Pros

      Excellent place to work, learn and grow.

      Cons

      The sales team does not look aggressive or keen enough to grab a big bite out of the market share. With new CEO, things are changing for good.
