      Best I've worked for in a long time

      Pros

      #1 has to be company culture. In my department, leaders actually care about their people. They are incredibly understanding and are willing to work with you if/when difficult situations arise. Also, everyone is really friendly and collaborative. Flexibility of schedule and working style, within reason. Excellent compensation, benefits, and perks. Great mix of tenures among employees. Zero tolerance for harassment of any type and for those that create hostile work environments. Management tries to communicate as regularly and thoroughly as possible.

      Cons

      Internal systems and processes are dated and could be upgraded. Those same processes often take a while to complete due to number of approval and reviews required. The hiring process (number of interviews) and be rather lengthy. Ultimately though, I think it's worth it

      I absolutely love working with the people at Software AG - they are passionate about the people they work with/for and are also passionate about the technology solutions that we sell

      Honestly can't think of any downsides at this point in time
