Treated as a family member; Freedom to express your creativity and play on your strengths; The voice of the employee carries a lot of weight in the decision making; The employee is in the driver seat of his own development; Generous, super flexible work from home policy; genuinely nice coworkers

Cons

Some administrative internal processes require streamlining for increased effectiveness; German based software company not as well known outside Europe.
