      Many opportunities, great place to work

      Pros

      As a global company, there are many opportunities to move and grow both horizontally and vertically. Fully working remote has provided a great work/life balance. I personally have not experienced micro-management which is my biggest peeve.

      Cons

      Onboarding could really use improvement to give new hires more direction in their new roles.

      When working remotely, you may miss the comradery of seeing your teammates often.
