Pros
Good work life balance, direct management appreciative of efforts, good in team collaboration and support.
Cons
Bonuses and commissions do not get paid on time, sometimes months in arrears, you have to work really hard to get what you're owed. far too much admin and red tape to get a deal done. poor training content. since the IBM split other teams that you were reliant on were just plain unhelpful and rude. difficult atmosphere on office days.
