      Pros

      Software AG is a company that offers excellent benefits and a good work/life balance. The company is big enough that it has the ability provide access to excellent resources, but small enough that you don't feel that you are just a cog in a machine, so to speak. In my role, I am fortunate to be on a team of extremely intelligent, hard-working professionals who have a passion for improving the HR operations process, and a people-first mentality.

      Cons

      Like any global company, operating in various time-zone can be a challenge from a meeting scheduling standpoint. However, being able to be exposed to, and learn from individuals from all over the world, and gain a global perspective makes the early morning meetings well worth it.

      Ongoing evolution

      Pros

      Installation of new CEO in 2018 has led to some corporate transformation. This isn't your father's Software AG.

      Cons

      Transformation is supposedly ahead of schedule but is still not delivering the promised growth.
