      Great teamwork and hybrid working

      Pros

      One the one hand very bureaucratic. On the other hand too much freedom which compromised the demand of quality. The mindsets of some colleagues need changes “we’ve always done it that way…”

      Cons

      It’s great to work for a medium size company that works so global. The culture is really diverse and the management board is close to the employees. As part time employee hybrid work gives me the flexibility to combine family and work.

      SoftwareAG provides equal opportunities where everybody works heartfully in the areas where there is expertise, highly motivated teams work towards the organization's mission. Happy work environment, which brings more energy. 40 hours to up-skill ourselves on technology that we are passionate about. easily approachable management.
