      Pros

      Good products, solid foundation for core products and good market base Worker bees are fun and know how to have fun.. People are in general smart and know what works and get it working.. Mid level management is an issue that webm has to resolve. Way too restrictive in policies.. Delineate EU ops and US ops.. mixing the two wont work.

      Cons

      F&A is too restrictive for any "fun".. Good old days are gone! No career paths, no growth in the field..

      Pros

      Very good environment to work. People in the groups are very helpful and support you in your activities. Very little distractions in the company.

      Cons

      Location is not perfect. IT infrastructure is not upto the industry standards. Communication from top management is non existent...although it is there.
