      Great company to work for

      Many solutions are best in class Smaller than many competitors and therefore a flatter structure and hierarchy Friendly global teams and team members all willing to support

      Cons

      Somewhat unreal expectations of annual growth in local markets like many larger competitors Personal and leadership development not a high priority at the time I was there
