      Change the APJ leadership at all Levels ! Pronto !

      - mature internal processes - enterprise class solutions - Decent pay package

      Cons

      - APJ leadership is highly self centered & requires immediate change at all levels with no exception. - Extremely biased & illogical treatment which has forced good experienced talent to switch jobs - Horrendous people management skills [ senior management lacks people skills miserably and has no qualms decimating an entire team ] - focus is on immediate gratification with no long term view. - HR is mute & non existent. - cost & profitability only focus - negligible career progression - current employee morale at its lowest point.

      Pros

      Company has great product range and is a true thought leader in BPM market. Very smart and committed people, interesting projects.

      Cons

      Not great if you want to do consulting. Company is very sales oriented and run by sale and pre-sales people.

      Consolidation of senior level jobs in Germany, unable to optimally leverage senior talent in other countries, too many acquisitions not well-integrated into rest of product suite.
