      Good place for automation testers...specially selenium...test ng..and other open source tools...good work life balance..

      Cons

      No clear rule for intern and contract employee to get parmanent...management should look into this issue...

      Pros

      If you're self-motivated and trustworthy, you will enjoy more autonomy and better work-life balance. Great benefits including 401k match and generous bonuses. Company is well-respected in the market. Company is making deliberate efforts to improve employee engagement. Communication is too often top-down.

      Cons

      Meager pay increases (over time, with cost of living increases, we wind up with less take-home pay). There are very few opportunities for advancement. Tuition reimbursement is not universally available.
