      - very easy-going, comfortable working culture. - lots of experienced management to be around.

      Cons

      - some of the processes and pracices in place are a bit traditional/conventional for a software company.

      Great teamwork and hybrid working

      Pros

      One the one hand very bureaucratic. On the other hand too much freedom which compromised the demand of quality. The mindsets of some colleagues need changes “we’ve always done it that way…”

      Cons

      It’s great to work for a medium size company that works so global. The culture is really diverse and the management board is close to the employees. As part time employee hybrid work gives me the flexibility to combine family and work.

      way too complicated processes. Several sales management replacment causes organizational discontinuity Each year bargaining and tedious discussions around quotes.
